Four tools that answer a question, rather than collecting your email address
Each of these runs entirely in the page you are looking at. Fill in the form, submit it, and the answer comes back with the working shown. They are built for compliance practitioners who are going to check the arithmetic, because that is the only kind of tool worth publishing in this category.

How we built them
Three rules these tools are held to
A calculator on a compliance vendor's site is an easy place to hide a flattering assumption. These are the constraints that stop this one being that.
No sign-up, no gate
Every tool gives its full result on the page. Nothing is held back behind an email address, and there is no partial score you have to trade a contact detail to complete.
Nothing is stored
The answers live in the query string of your own browser's address bar and are computed into the page you are sent back. There is no database behind these tools and no record of your inputs.
No invented benchmarks
You will not find an industry average or a vendor saving percentage in any of these. Every assumption is a field you can see and change, and every result shows the arithmetic that produced it.
How these tools work without JavaScript
- The form is a real formEach tool is an HTML form with named fields and a submit button. No script is involved in filling it in or sending it.
- Submitting navigatesYour answers become a query string on the same address. That is why the result is a URL you can bookmark, share with a colleague, or paste into a paper.
- The server does the arithmeticThe page reads those values, runs the calculation and sends back HTML with the answer already in it. Nothing is computed in your browser and nothing is stored on ours.
This matters more than it sounds. A bank running a locked-down browser build, an examiner on a restricted terminal, and a reader on a phone with a flaky connection all get the same complete answer. It is the same constraint the rest of this site is built to — no external fonts, no analytics scripts, no third-party requests of any kind.

Bring the result to a conversation
If one of these tools surfaced something worth acting on, the next step is a working session with a compliance specialist — not a sales call. Bring the URL; we will pick it up from there.
